Shapiro and Siegelman are currently marketing the remaining 5,000 square feet of ground floor space at 222 East 34th Street, which sits at the base of The Anthem Building, a 25-story luxury residential tower with 480 apartments. Located on the highly-trafficked 34th Street corridor, the available retail offers high ceilings and boasts 56 feet of 34th Street frontage.
