The Laura and John Arnold Foundation (LJAF) has leased a pre-built suite on the 18th floor at 250 West 57th St., according to Anthony Malkin, president of Malkin Holdings LLC, which supervises W&H Properties. The organization will move into its new space of 3,423 s/f in September. Erik Harris and Aaron Maltz of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
