Skyline Developers signs two new leases - 7,031 s/f

According to Skyline Developers, owners of 20 West 55th St., two new leases totaling 7,031 s/f have been signed at the property. Since welcoming LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, The Ottinger Law Firm, PC and BGS, LLC, have joined the roster of tenants at the tower, bringing the building's occupancy to 92%. Ottinger has signed a five-year office lease for 3,314 s/f. Lauren Davidson represented the tenant, while William Cohen and Ryan Kass represented landlord, all are from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF). BGS signed an office lease for 3,717 s/f on the second floor of the tower. Cohen and Kass of NGKF represented the landlord, while Scott Bogetti of CBRE represented the tenant. "With the addition of Ottinger Law Firm and BGS to the Tower, we are very close to full occupancy," said Orin Wilf, president of Skyline Developers. "Having two such diverse companies lease at 20 West 55th St. proves that this building has the sophistication and amenities needed to successfully run any business." "The location of 20 West 55th St.is optimal for Ottinger Law Firm and BGS because of its close proximity to Sixth Avenue's corporate row and being in the heart of the bustling Plaza District," said Kass, senior managing director of NGKF, who notes that only two spaces remain available in the building. Still available for lease at The Tower is the entire seventh floor, totaling 5,944 s/f, with an asking price of $55 per s/f. The 4,462 s/f set-back penthouse is available for $65 per s/f. Both spaces feature large, private terraces and cityscape views.
