Barish of Pliskin Realty negotiates 2,700 s/f lease

Brad Barish, senior associate at Pliskin Realty & Development has brokered a 2,700 s/f lease at 500 Rte. 110. The property, previously occupied by Ranstad Staffing, is now being leased by the apparel retailer, Max and Gino's Clothing. Barish represented the landlord and the tenant. Barish draws on a successful career in retail, most notably as a retail jeweler. He began in the jewelry field alongside his father, initially serving as the distributor for the watch brand, St. Honore Paris. Following the sale of the Barish's distribution company, he began a 17-year tenure serving on the retail side with four jewelry stores where he gained extensive marketing and retail sales experience, along with tremendous insight into the needs of retailers, including their property requirements. Directly prior to joining the company, he served as a real estate salesperson for Breslin Realty (Garden City, NY). There he was involved in various commercial real estate sales and lease transactions with a strong focus on the leasing and sales of restaurants. He has been instrumental in meeting the real estate needs of national brands such as Quiznos, Arbys, Planet Wings and Hurricane Grill, as well as the needs of well-known New York City restaurateurs including Croxley Ales and McFadden's.
