Itzhaki Properties has completed the sale of 83 Spring St. for $11.496 million. The retail condo, which is 5,200 s/f, was sold at a 5.4% CAP. 83 Spring St. is located in a SoHo retail corridor, between Broadway and Crosby St., with Paper Source occupying the space on a long-term lease. Isaac Glassman of Itzhaki was the broker.
