Famularo and Idnani of NYCRS rep tenant in 3,125 s/f lease; Covey and Berkowitz of RKF rep landlord

James Famularo and Ravi Idnani of New York Commercial Real Estate Services (NYCRS) arrange lease negotiations for a new restaurant concept in Midtown East. "Masq" will be a unique eating experience with a Moulin Rouge twist. As exclusive tenant agents, Famularo and Idnani completed a 3,125 s/f lease at 306 East 49th St. The brokers representing the landlord were Greg Covey and Ross Berkowitz of RKF. The group is set open their new restaurant in September.
