According to Wilbur Breslin, president of Breslin Realty, the firm has recently negotiated the following transactions: Breslin Realty completed the sale of the 10,300 s/f commercial property located at 2170 Hempstead Tpke. to Brokedown Palace LLC. Breslin Realty represented the seller and purchaser of this transaction. Russ Lico of Breslin Realty negotiated the transaction. The sale price was $395,000. Design House Décor, a party event planning and décor service that is relocating from Yonkers, has signed a three year lease for 3,016 s/f at 341 Jericho Tpke. in Floral Park. Richard MacDougall of Breslin Realty Development Corp. represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
