According to The Feil Organization, it has completed a ten-year lease renewal, expansion and restacking for 52,936 s/f with law firm Cullen and Dykman, LLP at Garden City Center, 100 Quentin Roosevelt Blvd. Herbert Agin, Gus Nuzzolese, and Darren Leiderman of Colliers International LI Inc., represented Cullen and Dykman; Brian Feil and Robert Fisher represented The Feil Org. One of the largest law offices on Long Island, Cullen and Dykman LLP has been a tenant at Garden City Center since 2003. In addition to their Long Island location, the firm has offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Albany, New Jersey and Washington, D.C.
