Feil and Fisher of Feil Org. collaborate with Agin, Nuzzolese and Leiderman of Colliers for 52,936 s/f

According to The Feil Organization, it has completed a ten-year lease renewal, expansion and restacking for 52,936 s/f with law firm Cullen and Dykman, LLP at Garden City Center, 100 Quentin Roosevelt Blvd.
Herbert Agin, Gus Nuzzolese, and Darren Leiderman of Colliers International LI Inc., represented Cullen and Dykman; Brian Feil and Robert Fisher represented The Feil Org.
One of the largest law offices on Long Island, Cullen and Dykman LLP has been a tenant at Garden City Center since 2003. In addition to their Long Island location, the firm has offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Albany, New Jersey and Washington, D.C.

Built in 1990 and owned by The Feil Organization since 1995, the 200,000 s/f Garden City Center is one of Long Island's trophy buildings. The glass-walled, 5-story building features a magnificent atrium with a cascading waterfall, a conference center, on-site fitness center and parking. Other tenants in the building include William Penn Life Insurance, Triton Construction, Miller & Milone P.C. and Janover Rubinroit, LLC.
