Island Associates secures two leases at 490 Wheeler

Island Associates has leased 1,700 s/f of office space located at 490 Wheeler Rd. to Pet Group for long term lease. Roger Delisle Jr. represented tenant and landlord. In a an additional new lease at 490 Wheeler Rd., Island Associates and Mike Murphy of Prudential Realty leased 2,300 s/f. The proximity to Long Island Expressway with Rte.111 access was part of the decision for the tenant's use of this site.
