Studley signs Broadway Technology for 13,047 s/f

Studley recently represented Broadway Technology LLC in its 13,047 s/f lease at 140 Broadway. The growing technology firm will take part of the 43rd floor-tripling in size from its current location at 11 Broadway-when the lease commences in third quarter 2012. Studley executive managing director Paul Revson, along with corporate managing director Zev Holzman, represented Broadway Technology LLC in the transaction.
