Famularo and Idnani of NYCRS broker 3,125 s/f

According to James Famularo and Ravi Idnani of New York Commercial Real Estate Services, (NYCRS) they have brought a new restaurant concept to Midtown East. As exclusive tenant agents, Famularo and Idnani completed a 3,125 s/f lease at 306 East 49th St. The brokers representing the landlord were Greg Covey and Ross Berkowitz of RKF. The group is set open their new restaurant in September.
