Zach of Itzhaki Properties closes $2.1 million sale

According to Itzhaki Properties the firm has completed the $2.1 million sale of 148-19 90th, a 14,500 s/f development site comprised of three contiguous lots with an existing 2,040 s/f two-story house. Located in the Briarwood section of the borough, the site has 64,660 s/f of available development rights with a total buildable of 66,700 s/f. The purchasing developer has plans to build HPD affordable housing on the site. Itzhaki broker Shay Zach represented the buyer and seller.
