According to IKON Realty Group, LLC the firm has completed relocating Hoffman Warnick LLC, from 75 State St. to a new 9,400 s/f office at 540 Broadway. Ikon was the broker in the representation and negotiations of the law firm's new local office. Bruce Ginsburg and Kathie Kaplan of IKON Realty Group represented the tenant and Paul Fallati of The Galesi Group, represented the landlord. Hoffman Warnick LLC, specializes in Intellectual Property Law with additional offices in Boston and Rochester.
