Myles of JF Real Estate represents JMH Holdings in sale of 29,600 s/f; Pyramid Brokerage Co. acts for seller

JF Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate brokerage company, located in Syracuse, New York, recently brokered the purchase of a 29,600 s/f industrial building, located iat 6800 Northern Blvd. Paul Myles with JF Real Estate represented JMH Holdings of Syracuse, LLC, the buyer. 6800 Northern Blvd. will be the new headquarters of SERVPRO of North and East Onondaga Counties and of Oswego County, beginning in August. SERVPRO provides commercial and residential fire and water damage clean-up and restoration services. The seller was represented by Pyramid Brokerage Co.
