Quigley of Harter Secrest and Bruckner of RE/MAX secure $2 million sale; Mascia Dev. is developer, Education Realty to manage property upon completion

Lakeshore Drive, LLC, acquired the Finger Lakes Inn from M. James Holden for $2 million and obtained a $3.5 million construction loan from The Bank of Castile for purpose of renovating the Fingers Lake Inn into student housing called Campus Gate at Finger Lakes. The property is located across from the Finger Lakes Community College's main campus.
The acquisition and renovation of this property is being led by project development manager, Mark Mascia, president of Mascia Development, LLC. The completed project will be managed by Education Realty Trust Inc. Anita Bruckner, associate broker from RE/MAX Realty Group-Commercial Division, brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller and the buyer was represented by Patrick Quigley, Esq., partner at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP.
