The Kaufman Org. has brokered two leases totaling 6,297 s/f at the Nelson Tower, located at 450 Seventh Ave. Barbara Raskob in-house represented Kaufman in both deals.

* Alcatel-Lucent USA, Inc. signed a five-year lease for 5,436 s/f. Headquartered in Paris, the N.Y. office will be reconfigured per the tenant's architect's plan with offices, reception area, conference room and pantry. Gary Ceder of UGL Services Equis Operations Co. represented the tenant.
*Advance Relocation & Storage signed a five-year expansion lease for 861 s/f . Advance Relocation has been a tenant at The Nelson Tower since 2002 and is moving into a larger space within the building. The space will be re-painted, re-carpeted and one wall will be demolished to create an open floor plan.
450 Seventh Ave., located in the heart of the Fashion District, features 24-hour, 7 day-a-week on-site security and management. Tenants include the Citibank Real Estate and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Coal Fire, Reliant Security, Stuart Dean Inc. 450 Seventh Ave. is steps away from Herald Square and Penn Station.
