Zach of Itzhaki Properties completes two Brooklyn sales totaling $1.28 million; represented both buyer and seller of both properties

Itzhaki Properties has brokered the sale of two vacant buildings in the Bushwick neighborhood totaling $1.28 million. 1429 Bushwick Ave. is a six-family, and 117 Wilson Ave. is a mixed-use building consisting of five apartment units and a store. The buildings were bought by local investors. 1429 Bushwick Ave. was sold for $650,000 and 117 Wilson Ave. was sold for $630,000. Shay Zach, managing partner of Itzhaki Properties, represented the buyer and the seller in these transactions.
