The tenant, Best Market (formerly known as Best Yet Supermarkets) has signed a long-term lease and is replacing Waldbaum’s as the anchor tenant. Best Market will be joining Rite Aid, Chase and many others. Schuckman represented tenant and landlord, Vornado Realty.
