Meet the USGBC Member - Richard Neuman

Richard Neuman is a "hands on" executive skilled in the management of complex relocation, space planning, facility redesign and construction projects. He is a partner at Relocation Management, an owners rep firm. He represents both tenants and owners overseeing site selection, lease administration, facility design and construction, site renovation and relocation. Acting as his clients' owner/tenant rep he plans and directs a project's sub-contractors including architects, general contractors, landlords and property managers as well as the tenant's vendors. He is chairman of the USGBC-Long Island Chapter Programs Committee.
