During the last 10 years of your career, which professional accomplishment, honor or achievement was most meaningful to you and why?
Teaching other agents what I know and seeing them achieve their goals. A real accomplishment for me is to keep up with the technology advancements in real estate today. As a realtor who has been in the field as long as I, the technology has been a great bonus to mesince I know gow it once was.
Which project, deal or transaction was the 'game changer' in the advancement of your career during the last 10 years?
The "game changer" is the project that I am working on now, which is commercial condos which is new to our area of the state. Its a great concept of ownership for those who have a business but don't own their space. Now with the leasable condos, business owners can lease until their business gets going, then buy their space.

I volunteer for our various projects which our company chooses. I also work with a project call El Camino which help Veterans find apartments and houses for Vets returning from active duty.

Find a niche then learn, learn and learn about it. Think outside the box and ask question of other agent. Also find an agent which you can trail and learn from.

Time management and sticking to it. Work at the things which make the best money for the least amount of time. Make sure work, family and time off is in balance because you need it all to be happy.

My company is into technology all the way. They are all over the internet. I use Facebook, LinkedIn, Branchout, CoStar, to get my buyers and sellers information out.

Retired and living off the profit share program from my company and enjoying the fruits of all my labor.
