Colliers International has arranged a 10,000 s/f lease at 56 West 22nd St., with mobile phone software company Enterproid Inc. taking the entire ninth and tenth floors. The firm, which is nearly doubling its space with its move to the Flatiron District, will occupy its new offices in March.
Enterproid is the creator of its Divide platform, one that provides mobile phone users a dual-persona experience—separating the user's personal contacts and programs from their professional use—with the work persona secured and cloud-managed by IT.
"Enterproid is a really exciting company that relocated to accommodate its growth," said Perry Mesmer, an executive managing director with Colliers International, who represented landlord Fifty Six Realty Corp. Mesmer noted that Enterproid, which is relocating from 49 W 38th St., will occupy 5,000 s/f each on the two floors.
Built in 1908, 56 West 22nd Street is a 60,000 s/f commercial building located between Fifth and Sixth Aves. Other tenants in the building include Go Robot Inc., Vis Vitae, Five Points Partners, Pop Logic, R.D. Rice Construction, Rights Flow, Inc., Tamarkin Co., Web S Design with New York Cakes & Baking Supply as the ground floor retail tenant.
Douglas Regal, of ABS Partners, represented the tenant in transaction.
