NAI Friedland's industrial and office divisions have closed five transactions in Westchester County and the Bronx. The combined deals represents two sales totaling $1.28 million and three leases totaling 18,313 s/f. NAI Friedland has been an industry leader for over 40 years.
The industrial division completed four transactions:
* Lease of 10,000 s/f at 243 141st St., Bronx. Senior executive vice president Ross Schneiderman brokered the deal between Gladiator Realty (landlord) and Streamline Plastics (tenant). Schneiderman represented the both landlord and tenant.
* The $650,000 sale of 8,400 s/f at 1934 Jerome Ave., Bronx. Executive vice president Steve Kornspun brokered the deal between MD 1934 Realty LLC (seller) and Otto and Juan Perez (buyer). Kornspun represented both the seller and the buyer.
* The $630,000 sale of 6,000 s/f at 157 Walsh Rd., Yonkers. Executive vice president Peter Cokin brokered the deal between Driver Land Development (seller) and MC Electrical Services (buyer). Cokin represented both the seller and the buyer.
* Lease of 5,000 s/f at 529 B Worthen St., Bronx. Kornspun brokered the deal between Simone Development (landlord) and Bus Tev LLC (tenant). Kornspun represented the both the landlord and the tenant.
The office division completed one transaction:
* Lease of 3,313 s/f at 2 John Walsh Blvd., Peekskill. executive director Carl Silbergleit brokered the deal between Singer Properties (landlord) and Arc of Westchester (tenant). Silbergleit represented both the landlord and the tenant.
