Janney Montgomery Scott LLC has leased for its new headquarters a portion of the third floor comprising 17,882 s/f at the Rudin Family's One Whitehall St., the 21-story blockfront office building located between Stone and Bridge Sts.
The firm, whose roots date back to 1832, plans to relocate its present downtown offices at 26 Broadway to its new facilities this summer. The company also has midtown offices at 575 Lexington Ave.
Tom Keating of Rudin Management represented the landlord in the 10-year leasing transaction while Kenneth Rapp, Mike Rizzo and Mike Movshovich of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant

Rudin Management Company, which serves as leasing and managing agent for One Whitehall Street, is a full service real estate organization serving the interests of the Rudin Family, which owns and manages one of the largest private property portfolios in New York City. Among its commercial real estate holdings are 16 office buildings containing approximately 10 million s/f of space and 20 apartment buildings comprising over four million square feet of residences. Their newest projects include 130 West 12th St. and the approval of the former St. Vincent's Hospital site in the West Village.
