Principals of Boston Props. signed their names on a white beam that was later hoisted atop the Times Sq. Tower - at a topping out ceremony. The 48-story tower, also know as 7 Times Sq., contains 1.2 million s/f and was designed by architect David Childs of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
