Studley promotes Holzman as corporate managing director

Studley has promoted Zev Holzman, Esq. to the position of corporate managing director of its New York office. He specializes in the structuring and management of real estate transactions, as well as new business development at Studley, with a focus on the legal and financial services industries. An attorney himself, he has worked in commercial real estate with such notable clients as The World Gold Council, Kingdon Capital, CQS, Stephens, Duval & Stachenfeld, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., Quadrangle Group, and MF Global, among many others.
Prior to joining Studley, Holzman was with The Staubach Company, and before that, worked for the New York State Office of the Attorney General in the Antitrust Bureau.

Mr. Holzman, 33, was formerly a Managing Director in the company's New York office.
A graduate of American University in Washington, DC, as well as New York Law School, he is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, The New York State Bar Association and The Real Estate Board of New York.
