GCP Capital Group arranges 15 mortgage financing deals totaling $60.525 million

According to GCP Capital Group LLC, it has arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $60.525 million for the following 15 properties:
$6.3 million for a five-story walk-up apartment building containing 49 apartments and 11 stores, located on West 207th St. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing.
$3.25 million for a five-story walk-up apartment building containing 50 apartments, located on Isham St. Brostovski arranged the financing.
$2.5 million for an eight-story apartment building containing 41 units and 2,500 s/f of office space, located on East 35th St. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing.
$1.825 million for a three-story mixed-use office and commercial building comprised of 17,500 s/f, located in South Orange, N.J. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing.
$1.2 million for a 45-unit apartment building located in Jersey City, N.J. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
$14.1 million for 3 six-story walk-up apartment buildings containing a total of 86 apartments and 4,200 s/f of retail space, located on East 13th St. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing.
$6.5 million for a five-story elevator apartment building containing 28 units and 2,000 s/f of retail space, located on Waverly Pl. Classi arranged the financing.
$4.125 million for a four-story walk-up apartment building containing 53 units, located in Port Chester. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
$2.8 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 54 apartments, located on East 176th St. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
$1.7 million for a five-story walk-up apartment building containing 21 apartments, located on West 150th St. Brostovski arranged the financing.
$6.15 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 52 apartments and 6,400 s/f of retail space, located on Grand Concourse in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
$4.2 million for the parking garage portion of a condominium unit with parking capacity for 400 vehicles located in the DUMBO section of Brooklyn. Matthew Albano, senior broker of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing.
$2.625 million for a four-story walk-up apartment building containing 38 apartments, located on Ave. K in Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
$1.875 million for a four-story walk-up apartment building containing 10 apartments, located on Manhattan Ave. in Brooklyn. Classi arranged the financing.
$1.375,000 for a four-story walk-up cooperative apartment building containing 17 units, located on Pacific St. in Brooklyn. Stephen Katz, senior associate of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing.
