April 9, 2012 - Brokerage
The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) honored Adam Frazier, leasing manager at Boston Properties, with the Most Promising Commercial Salesperson of the Year Award at REBNY's Members' Luncheon. Frazier is the fifteenth award winner to be inducted into REBNY's esteemed "Circle of Winners" group since the creation of the award in 1996.
As the winner of the Most Promising Commercial Salesperson of the Year Award, Frazier receives a one-year seat on the REBNY board of governors. In addition, Frazier will become a lifetime member of REBNY's Circle of Winners group, which meets four times a year for a private dinner with top industry leaders. The Award was created by the directors of the board's Commercial Brokerage Division to recognize current and potential professional achievement, as well as high moral character and ethical professional behavior.
"It is with great pride that we welcome Adam into the Circle of Winners group," said Steven Spinola, president of REBNY. "He came very highly recommended by not only representatives from his own company but from happy, and extremely impressed, clients. Our commercial board of directors concluded that Adam was uniquely deserving of this year's honor."
The candidates for the Most Promising Commercial Salesperson of the Year Award must be actively engaged REBNY members with less than five years industry experience, must have displayed leadership and team work qualities, and must have already made significant contributions to their firm's success.
Frazier joined Boston Properties in June of 2008 and quickly demonstrated leadership, a strong work ethic and impressive financial insight. Over the past three years, Mr. Frazier's team at Boston Properties has closed over 200 transactions of all complexities and sizes, totally approximately three million square feet. He simultaneously juggled a four-tenant relocation project at 2 Grand Central Tower, totaling 50,000 square feet. This successful feat has earned him the coveted place among REBNY's Circle of Winners.
Frazier is an active REBNY member. He currently sits on REBNY's Building Agents Committee and represents Boston Properties at the monthly Plaza meetings.
The other candidates in the running for the award were Justin DiMare, Newmark Knight Frank; Sara Mohr Fabian, Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.; Aaron Kaufman, Vicus Partners; Jason Krane, The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group; and Michael Movahovich, CB Richard Ellis.
Bill Montana, REBNY chair of the Commercial Brokerage Division, along with the other commercial directors of REBNY congratulate Adam Frazier of Boston Properties for receiving the "Most Promising Commercial Salesperson of the Year Award."
