Rufrano of KDA arranges 4,600 s/f Brooklyn lease

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 4,600 s/f lease at 251 Lombardy St. in the Greenpoint section for Lombardy Marble and Granite, Inc., a custom marble manufacturer, according to Kalmon and Neil Dolgin, co-presidents of the firm. Fred Rufrano of KDA represented the owner, Whitehead Properties, and the tenant in this deal. The one-story building at 251 Lombardy St. totals 12,000 s/f, with a 37,000 s/f yard. The marble and granite warehouse plans to occupy 4,600 s/f inside, and 8,000 s/f of the yard. The new lease marks an expansion for the company. 251 Lombardy St. is between Gardner and Scott Aves., and provides convenient access to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway.
