Cohen of M.C. O'Brien named to director of sales & leasing

According to William O'Brien SIOR, president of M.C. O'Brien Inc., Karen Cohen has been recently promoted to director of sales and leasing. Cohen joined the firm in 2008 and has consistently demonstrated a record of successes for her clients by representing Pay/Half, Amazing Savings, Enterprise Community Services, Neighborhood Diabetes, Metro PCS, Boost Mobile, Dunkin'Donuts, Checkers Restaurants, H&R Block and the U.S. Military. She will be responsible for representing tenants and landlords as well as buyers and sellers of retail and mixed use property in Brooklyn and Queens. M.C. O'Brien Inc. was founded in 1909 and continues to be run by third generation family members and offers full service commercial real estate services including brokerage, appraisal and management.
