ERG Property Advisors has hired four new associates, Robert Del Greco, Vladislav Loktev, Oren Neria and Evan Street. Del Greco has an extensive background in the New York City real estate market as well as excellent communications, sales, marketing, and networking skills. He is committed to achieving "Top Producer" status in New York City commercial real estate and looks forward to building and maintaining long-term relationships with his clients. In addition to being mentored by ERG managing partner Richard Guarino, Del Greco has learned a great deal about the industry over the years from his father, Nunzio Del Greco, who has been the CEO of the Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors for over 28 years. Loktev possesses strong business acumen and professional discipline, and believes that the most important things in business are honesty, integrity, hard work, and perseverance. He earned a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Central Missouri and a degree in Economics and Accounting from the High Law Economics College in Moscow, Russia. Upon graduation, he went to work for an international firm that exported high-end and luxury automobiles and sporting vehicles and learned how to conduct business with high net worth individuals. After sharpening his negotiation skills and learning the value of persistence and keen attention to detail, Vlad decided to pursue his dream of working in real estate. Vlad chose ERG Property Advisors because of the company's solid foundation and cutting-edge technological advantages. He is a true believer in continuous learning and self-improvement. Prior to joining ERG as an associate, Neria was an assistant to senior brokers at two hedge funds, Oracle Partners and Kaia Investment Management where he was exposed to portfolio management and active in communicating with the firm's clients. Neria is a native of Jerusalem, Israel, who moved to New York at the age of 12. His first exposure to real estate was as a business analyst for Davel Construction and Hotels, a real estate development firm founded by his grandfather and located in Santiago, Chile. After earning a bachelor's degree in history and philosophy from Boston University, Neria enrolled in Columbia University's business program, where he earned a Business Certificate. Neria is being mentored by ERG managing partner Matthew Sparks, who is teaching him how to use his background in business and interpersonal skills to assist ERG's clients in achieving optimal deals in the most intense situations. Neria is a sports enthusiast and has traveled extensively, including in Southeast Asia, Europe, South America, Egypt and the Middle East. He is fluent in Hebrew. Street joined ERG Property Advisors as an associate in 2011 after graduating from the University of Arizona with a bachelor's degree in Business Communications. Street developed strong sales and strategic marketing skills as an intern at Viacom and TSP. At TSP, Street helped develop sales pitches, participated in strategy meetings, and assisted in the production of live marketing events. At Viacom he assisted Nickelodeon's casting director with auditions, participated in weekly strategy meetings, and provided administrative support to senior staff. Hard working, and highly personable, Evan is a natural networker whose skills bring great benefits to ERG's clients as well as his colleagues. ERG Property Advisors is a full-service commercial brokerage company based in New York City. Its core activities are investment sales, retail leasing, and strategic consulting. While focused on the broader New York City area as a company, ERG also offers specific market knowledge at the submarket level.
