Peter Lupo, Jr. has been in the commercial real estate finance industry for 30 years and has worked for many banking institutions such as Citigroup, HSBC, Manufacturers Hanover Trust and East River Savings Bank. After years of working in the "Ivory Tower" and having to decline deals that made good financial sense he decided it was time to go out on his own and launch a company that would form relationships with specialized lenders and investors who would welcome practical transactions that are outside the mainstream of commercial real estate lending. These relationships have resulted in very aggressive programs that allow financing for all types of property and credit grades throughout the continental U.S. and Canada.
