The RMF Digital Practice Group is one of the first of its kind in the region. The interdisciplinary team of legal professionals includes attorney Andrew Hazen. Malerba and Hazen, working with the members of the RMF corporate and litigation departments, will bring together their expertise to offer the firm's clients a full suite of digital media legal services, including advice regarding domain names, Internet startups, web site agreements, Internet defamation, employment-related social media issues, online reputation monitoring, intellectual property protection, privacy issues, digital and social media policies and M&A due diligence.
"Our superior knowledge of the law and in depth understanding of the technology involved in digital media enables us to advise clients on best practices and to provide strategic responses when problems do arise," said managing partner Mark Mulholland.
