Custom Goods, LLC has leased a 240,049 s/f industrial building, according to its real estate advisor Newmark Knight Frank. The property is located at 12200 Arrow Rte. Rd. Custom Goods was represented by Newmark Knight Frank's Matt Moore, Wes Hunnicutt, Brian Bennett (all based in the firm's Orange County office) and Joe Fabian (who is based in the Hayward office of Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank). "The lease gives Custom Goods an entry into the Inland Empire marketplace," says Moore. "The location allows the company to enhance relationships with existing clients, as well as develop new accounts."
