O'Toole joins Loeb & Loeb LLC as an associate in the firm's real estate department

According to Loeb & Loeb LLP, Sara O'Toole has joined the firm's New York office as an associate in the real estate department. O'Toole has extensive experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions and property types, including equity and debt financing, sales and acquisitions of office buildings, multi-family properties, mixed-use properties, shopping centers, vacant land and air rights, commercial leasing of office and retail space, net leases and shopping center leases, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, representation of joint ventures in assemblages and other development sites. She is also experienced in the creation of new and the conversion of existing commercial, residential and mixed-use properties to condominium or cooperative ownership, and the preparation of condominium offering plans, declarations and bylaws.
