O'Toole joins Loeb & Loeb LLC as an associate in the firm's real estate department

According to Loeb & Loeb LLP, Sara O'Toole has joined the firm's New York office as an associate in the real estate department. She is also experienced in the creation of new and the conversion of existing commercial, residential and mixed-use properties to condominium or cooperative ownership, and the preparation of condominium offering plans, declarations and bylaws.
