Kathy Zamechansky, president and owner of KZA Realty Group, Inc. has brokered two leases totaling 11,800 s/f.
In the first deal, KZA represented both the landlord, Raymond Yu of Yuco Management, and the tenant, Victor Zheng, for the lease of a retail store in East Harlem. Zheng signed the ten-year lease to open a Nail Salon and Spa, located at 6 E. 116th St. The property is 1,800 s/f in size.
KZA also recently completed a deal in the Bronx representing the tenant, Brightside Academy, in a $2.205 million, ten-year lease from property owner Tony Huang of 1362 Jerome Avenue Heights Associates for the space located at 1362 Jerome Ave. Miles Mahony of Ripco Real Estate represented the owner. The property is 10,000 s/f.
