The Bell Group leases 4,940 s/f to Gentiva Health Services

Gentiva Health Services, providing home health and hospice services for nearly 40 years will relocate from 335 West First St. into 4,940 s/f at 19 Fourth Ave. Pat Benz of the Bell Group and Jim DiDia of Jones Lang Lasalle represented Gentiva in the real estate transaction. The Bell Group specializing in tenant representation provided a market review, tour and handled negotiations on the client's behalf.
