NKF appoints Stein as new managing principal

Hal Stein has joined Newmark Knight Frank as managing principal. In this new position, he will head the downtown office of the global real estate services firm.    Since entering the commercial real estate business in 1997, Stein has played an integral role in negotiating several major downtown lease transactions. He attended the Univ. of Maryland and has continued his education at NYU's School of Continuing Education.
