SL Green with Sutton to develop 25,600 s/f retail

According to SL Green Realty Corp. in partnership with Jeff Sutton, American Eagle Outfitters Inc. will establish a 25,600 s/f flagship store at 1551-1555 Broadway, in Times Sq. The building is being developed by the SL Green/Sutton joint venture. The company has signed a 15-year net lease. New York City Prime Realty acted as broker with Cushman & Wakefield Retail Services.
