According to CPEX Real Estate, Sean Kelly Esq. has been promoted to managing director of the development and conversion sales team for the N.Y. market and Tim Conan and Greg Rittchen have joined the N.Y. office.
As managing director, Kelly will oversee a team of sales associates that specialize in development and conversion transactions.
Kelly's professional experience in both law and finance has equipped him with the analytical and underwriting tools required to effectively represent clients in the sale of development and conversions properties. In the past year, under his guidance, the development and conversion sales team sold over 196,000 buildable s/f for an aggregate dollar volume of $20.39 million. Currently, the team is marketing approximately 500,000 buildable s/f for a total dollar volume of over $30 million.

Conan and Rittchen are recent alumni of Colgate University.
Conan is the newest sales associate in the N.Y. office sales and leasing team. He will be working under the guidance of managing director David Muessel and will be specializing in representing owners and tenants.
Joining the firm in November 2011, he began his career in real estate as a researcher. In this role he supported the Office Sales and Leasing team while gaining valuable understanding of the market sector.
A native of Syracuse, Conan was active on Colgate University's campus within a number of environmental affinity groups. He holds a Bachelor's degree with a double-major in history and philosophy.
Rittchen joins the CPEX office as a sales associate in the New York multifamily sales team. Rittchen will being working under the leadership of managing director Brian Leary.
Rittchen began his career in real estate as an intern for CPEX during the summer of 2011. After working closely with the New York Multi-Family Sales Team that summer, Rittchen earned his New York State Salesperson License. He specializes in due diligence and market analysis.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Rittchen earned a Bachelor's degree in philosophy with a minor in film studies. His interest in film went beyond the classroom, however, and Rittchen cultivated his creative talents by becoming a video journalist on campus as well as the director of editing for Colgate University Television.
