Cho of EXIT Realty Landmark receives LEED Green Associate designation
January 30, 2012 - Green Buildings
Daniel Cho of EXIT Realty Landmark is a recipient of the LEED Green Associate designation after completing a protocol designed by the U.S. GBC and the Green Building Certification Institute. His resolve demonstrates his commitment to support the efforts of sustainable building design in the city.
Vincent Koo, broker/owner of EXIT Realty Landmark, said, "There should be more real estate agents who make this kind of commitment to understand and support the latest developments in green building. It's challenging to reach this milestone for a real estate broker, but it really demonstrates a commitment that more agents ought to make." The importance of LEED is highlighted by some of New York's largest landlords who believe that is an integral process that will be tied to every future major construction project.
Cho believes in that vision because he is a full-time real estate professional with 7 years experience. It is easy for him to recognize this future landscape in real estate after working so long in sales of new construction and resale condos and coops, commercial leasing and sales. He is an alum of NYU Stern, and is presently an associate real estate broker, OICP and notary public. Daniel manages the EXIT Realty Landmark office in Flatiron, Manhattan as its Director of Operations.
