Yellin of FMC Realty Associates leases 4,920 s/f

David Yellin, managing partner with FMC Realty Associates, leased 4,920 s/f of office space at 201 Old country Rd., to Private Client Service Group. It is a three year deal direct with the landlord Grand Metro Builders of NY Corp. Yellin also leased 325 Sunrise Highway, Lynbrook to Total Aquariums, consisting of 1,500 s/f. It was a ten year deal with Pliskin Realty.
