New York Life Insurance Co. has signed a 10-year lease for 25,000 s/f - the entire 4th floor - in a LeFrak Org. office building at 95-25 Queens Blvd. in the Rego Park section.
Approximately 125 employees, currently housed in New York Life's sales and general offices in Lake Success, will be moving into the new space. The move is scheduled for this spring.
Cushman & Wakefield represented New York Life in the long-term leasing transaction while CBRE represented the LeFrak Organization.
The 11-story LeFrak Org. building contains over 300,000 s/f of office space as well as on-site parking for tenants and visitors. Other major firms in the building include New York State Catholic Health Plan, North Shore LIJ Hospital, Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, TD Bank, and Capital One, NA.
