Thru the Lens: NRC holds January 10th Luncheon

The National Realty Club (NRC) held their first luncheon of the year on January 10th at the Palm West. The guest speaker for the event was Sam Chandan, PhD, FRICS, president & chief economist at Chandan Economics. He is also an adjunct professor of real estate at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
