Ted Welter, General Manager of CHARTER Real Estate Brokerage, was recently elected to serve on the Board of Governors for the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR). Having worked for a number of years as a member of NYSCAR's Rochester area chapter board, Welter said "it is an honor and great opportunity to now be able to work on a state-wide level with this great organization." NYSCAR is the Board of Realtors dedicated exclusively to commercial real estate interests throughout New York State. The organization brings commercial practitioners together to increase knowledge and promote education, organize specialized seminars, and offer excellent networking opportunities. There are some 700+- members across the State. Ted has a quarter century of Commercial Real Estate experience with The Cabot Group, of which CHARTER is a wholly owned affiliate. In 2001 he spearheaded the launch of CHARTER to specialize in the marketing, sales and leasing of investment real estate including Multi-Family, Retail, Office, Industrial and Land. CHARTER is centered in Rochester and provides services statewide.
