New York Commercial Real Estate Services (NYCRS) agents Ravi Idnani and James Famularo have completed a three-year lease at 214 East 70th St. The 450 s/f former psychiatrist office is a ground floor space. They represented the tenant while Paul Irvine and Caroline Chiti of Irvine Realty represented the landlord.
