Miceli of Largo places $2.5 million first permanent mortgage in Florida

Perry Miceli, principal for the Largo Group of Companies, arranged a $2.5 million permanent first mortgage for Quail's Bluff Apartments. Quail's Bluff is a 112-unit garden style apartment complex. The complex offers amenities such as an office/clubhouse, pool, washer/dryer hook-ups and 24 hour maintenance. It is situated within the Lakeland-Winter Haven MSA, in central Florida, west of Lake Kissimmee and east of Tampa.
