What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2012? The difference between today's market and 2006 is before the real estate crash, properties were sold at record numbers because the market was hot, today's high prices are driven by lack of supply and high demand. My prediction for 2012 is that if the market continues at its current pace then we'll hopefully have a repeat of the pre-crash years.
