What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2012? I think that real estate and construction industries will continue to slowly bounce back. There is still a lot of cash out there and many people, especially in other countries, want to buy or lease a piece of the Big Apple and renovate it. They will need knowledgeable legal expertise, real estate brokers, design professionals, contractors and even insurance brokers all working as a team.
