What was your most notable project, deal or transaction of 2011? NAI Friedland leased 70,000 s/f of class A office space at Fordham Pl., 400 East Fordham Rd., Bronx. Two new leases were executed and one expansion for an existing tenant was negotiated. This was notable because the offices had been vacant several years prior to our receiving the assignment and we've managed to almost fill the 100,000 s/f space within less than a year.
