What was your most notable project, deal or transaction of 2011? Among the most notable successes I've experienced this past year includes my involvement in the sale of 737 Park Ave. to developer Harry Macklowe for $253 million. Together with my JLL investment sales team, we administered a marketing and sales process to garner interest from investors for this pre-war residential condo conversion project.
